Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, destination country, and the delivery method selected (e.g. home delivery, drop-off point, or locker). Below are estimated shipping durations based on our current operations:

Mondial Relay, Locker delivery: 2–4 business days

Will delivery times change when Recast expands to other countries?
Yes, as we expand into Spain and beyond, new carriers and regional delivery times will be added. We’ll always show an estimated delivery window at checkout, based on your selected shipping method and location.
Why might delivery take longer than expected?
Occasional delays can happen due to carrier backlogs, holidays, or weather disruptions. You can track your order in real time through the My Orders section in the app.
