How can I track my order?
How can I track my order on Recast?
Once your item is shipped, tracking is easy. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as the seller drops off or hands over the package to the carrier.
You can follow your shipment in two ways:
In the Recast app – Go to My Orders, select the order, and you’ll see live tracking updates.
Via email – We’ll also send you tracking info and updates straight to your inbox.
What info will I see when tracking?
You’ll be able to see:
When the package is accepted by the carrier
Its progress through the delivery network
When it’s out for delivery or ready for pickup (if using a drop-off point or locker)
Final confirmation of delivery
I don’t see any tracking updates—what should I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the seller ships the item. If nothing appears after that, or if you suspect an issue, contact our support team—we’re here to help.
Will I be notified when the item arrives?
Yes! We’ll notify you via email and in-app when your item is out for delivery, available for pickup, or delivered.
