Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Recast Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). This Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by referring new users to Recast using their unique referral link.

• Participation is open to invited individuals and organizations with an active Recast account.

• Affiliates must comply with Recast's marketing and ethical standards.

• Recast reserves the right to approve or deny any application to the Program at its sole discretion.

• Affiliates earn a 3% commission on the transaction revenue generated by referred users.

• The commission applies to the first 10 transactions made by each referred user who signs up using the affiliate's unique referral link.

• A transaction qualifies for commission once the user completes payment and the order is fulfilled.

• Each affiliate is provided with a unique referral link for tracking purposes.

• A tracking cookie is stored on the referred user’s device for 30 days from the time they click the link. If the user signs up within this period, user will be attributed to the affiliate and the affiliate will earn commissions on qualifying transactions over the next 9 months.

• Recast is not responsible for untracked referrals due to the user clearing cookies, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must accrue a minimum of €50 in commissions to receive a payout.

• Payments are processed monthly and made via Stripe, Wise, PayPal or bank transfer.

• Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. Recast is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

• Commissions are calculated based on net transaction revenue, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

• Affiliates must promote Recast honestly and transparently, avoiding misleading claims or unethical practices.

• Affiliates must not:

  • Engage in spamming or unauthorized email marketing.

  • Use paid ads targeting Recast-branded keywords.

  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals or creating fake accounts.

• Violations of these obligations may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• The initial term of this agreement is 9 months.

• The agreement will automatically renew for successive 6-month periods unless terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice prior to the renewal date.

• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Recast in writing.

• Recast reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at its sole discretion, including for:

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Fraudulent or unethical behavior.

  • Inactivity for a period of 6 months or longer.

• Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

• Recast reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with a 30-day notice to affiliates.

• Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Recast is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

• Recast's total liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions earned by the affiliate.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Jurisdiction].
